Private Use Groups or individuals NOT affiliated with Scouting wishing to reserve facilities should contact the Council Camping Director. Please see the contact us page for contact info.

Mountain Biking Use of the Mountain Biking Trail at camp is by appointment only. Please call (804) 556-3633 or 467-1897 for more info.

Compass Course Use the compass course to meet advancement requirements. This course is laid out in and around the activity field, administration building, and dining hall.  Download the Compass Course packet with all the information needed to use the course, including work sheets for the scouts. Please call the camp office to check on the availability of the course.   

District and Council Training

These programs should reserve facilities through their respective District Executive or Council Advisor.

Wilderness First Aid

Wilderness First Aid will be offered at the Reservation on the dates listed below. You may register by clicking on the link for the date you would like to attend.

Winter Camp 2011  

Will be held January 14-17, 2011 at the Heart of Virginia Scout Reservation - Cub Adventure Camp. Register as a troop or provisional. To reserve facilities for the weekend use the "Cub Adventure Camp Request for Use Form" found on the forms page of this web site.
